A Journey Through Karnataka and Ladakh
Grade 9 students recently explored the rich heritage and culture of Karnataka and Ladakh through a creative Art Education Project. Designing their own travel booklets, they delved into the traditions, landscapes, art forms, food, attire, jewellery, and handicrafts that make these regions unique.
The project gave students an opportunity to learn through research, observation, and artistic expression. As they compared the distinct cultural identities of Karnataka and Ladakh, they gained a deeper appreciation for the diversity that enriches our country.
The colourful and thoughtfully crafted booklets reflected the students’ creativity, curiosity, and understanding, making the project both an enjoyable and meaningful learning experience.
