Carrot rice /long bean dry fry. Ingredidnts. Carrot churandiyathu. 2 cup. Cooking raw rice 1cup- washed& drained, savala 2 shredded, greenchillies 4 cut samall, ginger, garlic paste 1 tsp each, dry coconut gratings 2 tabsp. Chicken masala powder 2 tsp, ghee, salt, turmeric . cook the rice till 3/4 the done. Keep a good pot on stove pour ghee fry onion, g. Chilli,Ginger garlic pasteb. Then add carrot grated and coconut. Ad chicken masala powder with turmeric powder. Mix thoroughly. Add salt and put rice. Mix with a big fork and cover. Lowest flame cook for 2-3 minutes, remove. Serve hot. For 2 persons.

Italian fish.

1.Fish- black pomfret, vatta or king fish. 1kg minimum. Cut into big pieces.
2.garlic shredded 3 tabsp.
3. Capsicum 250 gms cut ito square pieces
4. Chilli flakes. 2 tsp.
5.vineagar. 2 tabdp.
, 6. Rose mary leaves, Basil leaves,
7 butter 200 gms
8.white sauce,
9. Cream cheese
10. salt to taste.
11. Pepper powder.
12. 2 tabsp olive oil
13. Onion cut into medium pcs

COOKING.

CLEAN FISH CUT into big pieces.
Marination- mix pepper, little salt, 1 tsp. Olive oil * 1 tsp vineagar. Marinate fish in this mixture for half hour.
FOR WHITE SAUCE
Keep a kadai on stove add half the butter and add 2 tsp maida. Lo flame cook for two mnts add milk slowly and keep stiring, add pepper and salt fof taste. Wen it starts thikfning remove stir for some yime and keep.
Keep kdai add the balance butter,, stir fry onion, garlic and add herbs, low flame, vineagar, and mix with eite sauce and keep.
Shallow fry the fish and move to a serving dish. Pour the sauce on top. Decorate with capsicum cut and tomatoes are optional pour olive oil on top for flavour
Serve with pride hot
