India–Spain Career Pathway Seminar at Indian Culinary Academy!

Indian Culinary Academy recently organized an informative Career Pathway to Spain Seminar, guiding students on exciting international opportunities after completing their culinary and hospitality courses.

Students can progress towards a 6-month industry internship in France, followed by opportunities for two years of vocational higher studies in Spain, with pathways to gain international work experience.

ONAM 2026 | CELEBRATING KERALA AT INDIAN CULINARY ACADEMY

Indian Culinary Academy celebrated Onam 2026 with the vibrant spirit of Kerala!

Our students came together to prepare a sumptuous Onam Sadhya, showcasing the rich flavours and traditions of Kerala. The celebration continued with exciting cultural programmes, traditional activities and sports events, including the ever-energetic Tug of War!

More than a celebration, it was a wonderful opportunity for our students to learn Kerala cuisine, experience its culture and understand the traditions behind Onam. We were also delighted to welcome an international guest from Spain, who joined us to experience and enjoy the authentic Onam Sadhya.

At Indian Culinary Academy, we believe in Unity in Diversity.

As part of our cultural initiative, every fourth Saturday, we celebrate the food, traditions and culture of a different state of India—bringing our diverse heritage together through the universal language of food.
