On the Second Saturday, our Culinary Arts students took part in a Quantity Cooking session featuring an Italian menu.

The session gave students valuable hands-on experience in bulk cooking, teamwork, time management, portion control, and large-scale food production, helping them sharpen their culinary skills and build confidence for professional kitchens.
