We are happy and proud to share that a transformative workshop on "Inclusive Education" was conducted by Ms. Archana Zoya at Linden Montessori to empower educators to come together to create a learning environment where every student, regardless of ability, background, or learning style, could thrive!

We embarked on a great learning journey by understanding the principles of inclusive education, practical strategies for supporting diverse learners, collaborative discussions, tools to create an inclusive curriculum and how to accomodate and celebrate diversity!

Let’s build an educational system where every child can succeed!

Our Busy Classrooms!

A Montessori Elementary Classroom is always abuzz with children doing so many activities which play a crucial role in their development and learning experience.

With our Animals and Habitats theme, children had such an amazing time matching animals to their fur, matching animals to their paw-prints, how we are all connected in the food chain and so on.

They also had great fun learning to cover their book, doing lacing, buttoning, learning to clean spectacles, learning abstract Grammar topics like Plural Rules through hands-on materials and doing Math concepts through activities.

We feel thrilled and delighted to see the joy that learning is bringing to the children :)

As Dr. Maria Montessori rightly said, "One test of the correctness of the educational procedure is the happiness of the child."

The new academic session has started for us and we are happy to share how our classrooms are equipped to stimulate our childen's curiosity and learning!

We call them "Prepared Enviromnents" and would love to share what they really mean and how much more significance they hold than just what meets the eye!

In a Montessori School, a classroom is called an environment and it is prepared meticulously to help children become confident and independent thinkers!
The teachers or the guides as we call them, ensure that the environment is well organized and well planned with the relevant hands-on activities.

In such prepared environments, every detail is intentional, where children can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Children are given the freedom to choose their activities, fostering independence and self-discipline, while the thoughtfully designed space ensures they learn within safe boundaries.

Everything is tailored to the child's perspective. From low shelves to accessible materials, every element invites exploration and engagement, empowering learners to take charge of their education.

Prepared Environments are filled with tactile, sensory-rich materials that stimulate curiosity and promote hands-on learning. These tools help children grasp complex concepts through direct experience.

The setup encourages collaborative activities, fostering a sense of community. Children learn to work together, developing social skills and mutual respect.

Any school or home, even if not following the Montessori Method can set up such a space as a lab and the child/children can explore hands-on learning in batches or groups or at an indivisual level.

Like the sun guides a plant's growth, a father's love illuminates a child's journey. Happy Father's Day to all the dads who inspire and support their little ones!

* Graduate or postgraduate with a Montessori diploma from a recognised institution will be preferred
* Inclination to work with young children.
