Vidya Sanskaar Institute of Science, Commerce and Management successfully celebrated Smriti Parva 2026, a vibrant farewell celebration dedicated to cherishing memories, honoring achievements, and celebrating the journey of our outgoing students.

Held on 13th May 2026 at the S.P.M Auditorium, the event was graced by the distinguished presence of Sri M.K. Ramaswamy (Director – Academics) as the Guest of Honour, presided over by Sri H.B. Shyamsundar (Secretary), and honored by the presence of Dr. Satish Bejjihally (Chief Executive Officer), Sri Harsh*th Gowda S (Education and Development Lead), Dr. Rajesha S (Principal), and Sri Lohith K (Executive Officer).

The day beautifully blended heartfelt formal addresses with energetic cultural performances, student talent showcases, games, and memorable farewell moments, making it a truly joyful and emotional celebration for students, faculty, and management alike. The event reflected the spirit of togetherness, gratitude, and the promise of new beginnings.

Smriti Parva 2026 – Every Ending Creates Beautiful Memories.

Vidya Sanskaar Institute successfully conducted Placement Drive 2026 on 07 May 2026 in association with ICT Academy and Magic Bus Foundation. The drive witnessed active participation from recruiters and job aspirants, providing valuable career opportunities and industry exposure to students.

The institution expresses its sincere gratitude to the placement partners, recruiters, faculty coordinators, non-teaching staff, and student volunteers for their dedicated support and coordination towards the successful ex*****on of the drive.

Vidya Sanskaar Institute of Science, Commerce and Management conducted the Incubation Drive – 2026 on 4 May 2026 under the Placement and Career Guidance Cell.

Organized in collaboration with QSpiders, ProSpiders, IQAC, and the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC), the initiative focused on enhancing student readiness for industry through guidance on career pathways, skill development, and placement preparation.

Students actively participated and gained insights into industry expectations, technical competencies, and emerging opportunities. The session also emphasized the importance of continuous upskilling and incubation support for career growth.

Vidya Sanskaar Institute of Science, Commerce and Management successfully organized an insightful Expert Talk on “Legal Aspects in Business Start-up” on 18 April 2026 at the M-Block Auditorium.

The session was delivered by Mr. Vishruth Chandra, Advocate, who provided valuable insights into the legal framework governing start-ups, covering key areas such as business registration, compliance requirements, intellectual property rights, and legal risk management. His practical approach and real-world examples enabled students to gain a deeper understanding of the legal challenges and responsibilities involved in establishing and managing a business.

The program witnessed the presence of Harsh*th Gowda, Principal, along with faculty members and enthusiastic participation from students across BCom, BBA, and BCA streams.

The session proved to be highly informative and engaging, equipping aspiring entrepreneurs with essential legal knowledge to confidently navigate their start-up journey.

The Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM)
The Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) was successfully held today with active participation from parents. Faculty members shared insights on students’ academic performance, attendance, and overall development, while also addressing areas for improvement.

The interaction enabled open communication, allowing parents to share feedback and better understand their ward’s progress. The session strengthened the parent-institution relationship and reaffirmed the importance of collaborative efforts in ensuring students’ success and holistic development.

Students of Vidya Sanskaar Institute of Science, Commerce and Management had the opportunity to visit the prestigious Indian Institute of Management Bangalore on 15 April 2026 as part of an academic exposure initiative.

The visit provided students with valuable insights into the institute’s academic environment, infrastructure, and best practices in management education. During the session, students were introduced to various aspects of higher education, career opportunities, and the importance of leadership, innovation, and critical thinking.

The interaction and campus experience inspired students to aim higher in their academic and professional pursuits. The visit also helped them understand the significance of discipline, research orientation, and industry relevance in today’s competitive world.

The Human Rights Cell of Vidya Sanskaar Institute of Science, Commerce and Management successfully organized an insightful expert talk on “Understanding Human Rights: Youth as Responsible Citizens” on 10 April 2026 at the M-Block Auditorium.

The session was delivered by Sri. Sudheer M. Hegde, Deputy Superintendent of Police, State Human Rights Commission, Government of Karnataka, who provided valuable insights into the significance of human rights, the role of youth in upholding democratic values, and the importance of responsible citizenship in today’s society. His practical perspectives and real-life examples made the session highly engaging and thought-provoking.

The program was held in the esteemed presence of Dr. Satish M Bejjihally, CEO, and Dr. Rajesha S, Principal, whose guidance continues to inspire such meaningful academic initiatives.

Students of VSISCM actively participated in the session, making it interactive and impactful. The event served as a platform to sensitize young minds about their rights and responsibilities, encouraging them to contribute positively to society.

We are proud to share that Sangeetha P, a 2nd Year BCA student, actively participated in the NSS National Integration Camp held at Karnataka State Akkamahadevi Women’s University from 23rd March to 27th March 2026. This enriching experience provided her with a platform to engage in national-level activities, cultural exchange, and community service, reflecting the true spirit of NSS. We congratulate her for representing the institution with dedication and enthusiasm.

Pre-Incubation Center Visit to MAHE Bengaluru Campus

The Placement and Career Guidance Cell of Vidya Sanskaar Institute of Science, Commerce and Management, in association with IQAC and IIC, successfully organized a Pre-Incubation Center Visit to Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), Bengaluru Campus on 02 April 2026.

The visit provided students with valuable exposure to the startup ecosystem, innovation practices, and incubation support systems. Students gained insights into entrepreneurship, idea validation, and the resources available for transforming innovative ideas into viable ventures.

The interaction with experts and the visit to incubation facilities enriched students’ understanding of real-world innovation and inspired them to explore entrepreneurial opportunities.
