I am deeply humbled and grateful to have received warm wishes from the illustrious economists, Dr. Vedagiri Shanmugasundaram (VSS) and Dr. Yasodha Shanmugasundaram (YSS), on the momentous occasion of Dr. VSS's 99th birthday and Dr. YSS's 89th birthday.

On this day, I bondly remember their remarkable contributions, dedication, and enduring legacy in the field of economics, and I am truly honored to have been acknowledged by these giants in the field.

It was really amazing to evidence the delibrations on tapping the growth potential of the Tamil Nadu to acheive $ 1 Trillion Economy by 2030.

I had the privilege of delivering the Prof. Tmt. Vasanthi Devi Endowment Lecture at Ethiraj College For Women on October 6, 2023. It is always a pleasure to engage with students and enrich their minds by sharing knowledge. During this lecture, the topic of discussion was "Data, Evidence, and Public Policy - Making Informed Decisions."

We, Dr.GSK's Social Lab signed an MoU with GRT Institute of Engineering and Technology and GRT College of Education decided to work together on building student-centric learning environment and research culture among the students and faculties.

We are launching the Dr. GSK's Social Lab
Annual Lecture Series and Joint-Research Conference, in addition to Value Added Certifications offered by Dr. GSK's Social Lab that ensure the employability of the students.
