IIT Bombay Alumni Association Bengaluru Chapter

IITBAA Bengaluru Chapter was felicitated as the runner's up for the 'Best Chapter Award' in the big city category in the last weekend of April at the Chapter Leadership Meet 2025! We were happy to received the appreciation as a testament to community spirit of and on the behalf of all the IITB alums in Namma Bengaluru :)

Our key acheivements/engagements over the last year, 2024-2025, are
1 - 3X growth on WA (1.2 k to 3.6k++!) with 50+ active geo and interest based groups
2 - 5X growth in hyper local meetups (1 active area to 5 active areas!)
3 - Monthly breakfast meets
4 - Kaapi Konversations - quarterly fireside chats online and offline.
5 - WoW - World of Women - a WA forum of IITB women globally to connect
6 - UnIITy Walk
7 - Freshers Welcome
8 - Too many alum led initiatives to count ranging from lake cleanup drives, puppy rescues, parenting clubs, pickleball meets, and so so many more.
9 - Partnerships with local bodies like IITACB and other IIT alum clubs
10 - Sky is the limit! A 3 year roadmap for a vibrant time ahead.
