Meet Sneha.

She is fun-loving, and enjoys hanging out with her friends and never hesitates to lend a helping hand. She is a keen learner harbouring dreams of becoming a lawyer. She is in the 9th standard and attends Sharon school in Bengaluru. Despite her pleasant disposition, Sneha comes from a struggling household. Her father is an incessant alcoholic. He works as an electrician but barely makes enough to sustain his family made worse by his addiction. Sneha’s mother needs constant medical care owing to a poor health condition resulting from a blood clot in her brain. Sneha and her sister are under the guardianship of their grandmother. Despite her old age, Sneha’s grandmother works as domestic help. She works hard to provide for the family but increasing medical expenses are making it harder for her to support her granddaughters’ dreams.

No child should be deprived of education. There are many such students at Sharon School just like Sneha who are in desperate need of financial help.

Sharon school is on the mission of providing quality education to children irrespective of their background. Sharon school is firmly committed to the cause of providing quality education irrespective of economic and social background with a strong emphasis on holistic development. We strive to nurture an atmosphere where students can not only learn but also express themselves.
