Celebrating Culture, Community, and Camaraderie | Navratri Dandiya Night

In the spirit of Navratri, PGDM students came together for an evening filled with tradition, energy, and joy at the much-anticipated Dandiya Night.

The event was a vibrant celebration of India's rich culture, where students participated in group activities, engaging games, and enthusiastic rounds of Garba and Dandiya Raas. The atmosphere was charged with festive cheer, colorful attire, and rhythmic beats — creating an unforgettable experience of unity and celebration.

Such cultural events go beyond just celebration — they offer students an opportunity to build stronger bonds, develop interpersonal skills, and embrace the diversity that enriches our learning environment.

A heartfelt thanks to the Events Club Head, Ms.Christa Biju for organizing the event and to all the participants for making the evening a cultural splendor.

With devotion in our hearts and smiles on our faces, we celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi at HAL Management Academy with great enthusiasm and a beautiful spirit of togetherness. 🙏

The celebration commenced with the inauguration, worship, and traditional rituals, gracefully led by Jaanvee Chore, invoking the blessings of Lord Ganesha, the remover of obstacles and harbinger of wisdom.

This divine beginning was followed by an engaging story of the birth of Lord Ganesha by Aman Thakur.

One of the highlights of the celebration was the Clay Ganesha Idol Making Competition, where creativity met devotion. Teams came together to shape their vision of Lord Ganesha with incredible artistry and reverence.

The second half of the day was filled with fun activities, laughter, and camaraderie — embodying the spirit of unity and celebration. From games to group activities, the event was a joyful reminder of how cultural traditions strengthen classroom bonds.

This wonderful event was curated and organized by the dynamic duo subham kumar and Christa Biju, with technical ex*****on led by Reyansh Kumar, ensuring everything ran smoothly.

Such celebrations remind us that learning goes beyond classrooms — it's also about sharing experiences, embracing culture, and growing together.

HAL Management Academy is delighted to welcome the PGDM Batch-6 through an Orientation Ceremony that marked the start of a promising new chapter. The event was graced by the presence of Mr. Arup Kumar Mallick (General Manager), Dr. Shivaprasad C G (AGM & Program Director, PGDM), Mr. DAYAL SWARUP B (Dean Academics, PGDM), and attended by our faculty, staff, dignitaries, students of Batch-5, and the proud parents of the incoming students. We are excited to welcome these bright minds to the HMA family.

The proceedings were gracefully anchored by T Gayathri Vasan (Batch-5). The ceremony opened with a soulful invocation by Jaanvee Chore (Batch-5), followed by the traditional lamp-lighting that symbolized knowledge and new beginnings. In his opening address, Dr. Shivaprasad C G set an encouraging tone for the journey ahead, and Mr. Arup Kumar Mallick delivered a thoughtful keynote highlighting the professional values and opportunities that await the new cohort. The formal program concluded with a motivational address from Mr. DAYAL SWARUP B, who began his remarks with an inspiring quote and urged the students to embrace challenges and continuous growth.

The formal release of the PGDM Batch-6 Curriculum will serve as the journey map guiding the new cohort through their time at HMA.

Following the formal proceedings, attendees participated in a structured Collegiate Networking Session, an engaging interlude designed to spark conversation, help students form early connections with faculty and senior peers, and welcome parents into the academic community. The session offered a warm start to relationship-building and mentorship that will continue throughout the program.

Congratulations to our PGDM Batch-6 as we look forward to supporting these students as they grow into the future leaders of industry and society.
