''Being human is given but keeping our humanity is a choice''

The NSS unit of M.V.M Group of Institutions organized a Flood relief at Yadageri, North Karnataka on 12th and 13th August 2019. Our assistant professor Sharanagoud Biradar and his team took great efforts to serve humanity and helped around 1000 needy people including children. They donated a collection of food, clothing, basic amenities, and medicines. The NSS unit is grateful and proud of everyone involved in this cause.

Orientation of basics of Health

The program on Orientation on Basics of Health was held on 9 July 2019 by the faculty of M.V.M Group of Institutions, Bangalore at the Arihant Group of Institutions campus at RV Road. The brief introduction about the basics of health was delivered by the Principal of M.V.M Group of Institutions. The faculty of M.V.M Group of Institutions demonstrated on the basics of health and trained the attendees on the basics of health and measured basic vital parameters like blood pressure, blood grouping, and hemoglobin was measured for each student. The faculty also counseled the attendees on how to adopt a healthy lifestyle and be affliction and stress-free.

No To***co Awareness Day

The No-To***co day program was held on 31 st May 2019 by the faculty of M.V.M Group of Institutions. With the increased consumption of to***co and its associated risks, we organized an outreach effort to create awareness about the risks of to***co consumption. The staff of the M.V.M Group of Institutions wanted to bring awareness to people about the risks involved in to***co consumption. MVMCOP organizes social outreach initiatives such as these on a regular basis.

International Day of Action for Women’s Health | Theme: Women’s Health Matters

Women should think equal, build smart and stay independent. The women’s health awareness program was conducted by M.V.M Group of Institutions on the occasion of International Day of Action for Women's Health on 28 May 2019. Our objective was to sensitize women on nutrition, their essential hygiene, and the importance of preventing anemia. The session started, with a brief introduction to anemia and diets to prevent it. The women being the central part of any household were counseled to care of their health nutrition and special hygiene needs. The event ended with measuring the hemoglobin of every women participant.

Inaugural Ceremony of MVM Group of Institutions

The inaugural ceremony of the MVM Group of Institutions was held on 29 April 2019 with the divine presence of H.H. Jagadguru, Sri Sri Sri Nirmalanandanatha Mahaswamiji, President, Sri Adichunchanagiri Mahasamsthana Math. The ceremony started with the lighting of the lamp by the MahaSwami Ji. The program was enriched with swami Ji valuable words about the importance of modern education in today’s world.
