There are moments when a room full of people becomes a mirror.
Grateful to have facilitated a session at THE GPSC XXIV at The Leela Ambience Gurugram, with nearly 500 educators, yet what truly mattered was not the number… but the depth of connection.
For about 40 minutes, we paused.
We questioned.
We gently turned inward.
And somewhere in that space, a glimpse emerged, of the self that often gets layered beneath roles, responsibilities, and years of conditioning.
40 minutes is never enough to do justice to the journey within…but it was enough to begin.
What stayed with me was the willingness in the room, to acknowledge that we often become the roles we play, and that with intention, we can begin to access something deeper… something more real.
Thank you and the whole team for curating such a powerful and seamless experience, and for inviting me to do work that feels so deeply aligned.
Each such moment takes me a step closer to my mission, to enable 100,000 individuals to reconnect with themselves.

but your mind often isn’t.
It moves.

Or something that might happen.
And over time,
that becomes your experience.

and why might they go there?
Notice it through your day.
There’s a version of you
that only shows up when no one is around.
No expectations.
No adjustments.
No roles to play.
Just your thoughts… as they are.
And those thoughts say something.

What kind of thoughts show up when you’re alone, and what might they reveal about your inner world?
Sit with it for a few minutes today.
You don’t worry about everything.
Your mind returns
to certain thoughts… certain situations… certain possibilities.
And over time,
that worry starts to feel normal.
But it’s pointing somewhere.

Just observe it through the day.
Some thoughts don’t just pass.
They return.
Again and again.
Different situations.
Same pattern.
And maybe they’re not just noise.
Maybe they’re asking for attention.

Just notice them as they come.
It’s easy to stay occupied.
There’s always something to look at,
listen to, or engage with.
But when you remove all of that…
something else appears.
Not always comfortable.
But always revealing.

What you take in every day…
you don’t leave behind.
It stays.
In your thoughts.
In your reactions.
In how you start seeing things.
Not all at once.
But over time.

your attention is already somewhere.
