Today, I held the first copy of Forgive Yourself in my hands.

It’s difficult to describe what that moment felt like.

It wasn’t just holding a book.
It felt like holding an extension of my soul.

Every page carries conversations I have had with myself. Lessons life insisted on teaching me. Moments of breaking, healing, questioning, forgiving, and beginning again. This book wasn’t simply written, it was lived.

As I held it, I realised that this book is deeply aligned with my life’s purpose: to nourish hearts, awaken self-awareness, and remind people that life becomes lighter when we stop resisting it and learn to move with its flow.

If this book helps even one person become a little kinder to themselves, a little gentler with their past, and a little more accepting of who they are today, it has already fulfilled its purpose.

This is more than a milestone.
It is the beginning of another journey.
