To make learning fun and last forever, we provide our students opportunities to participate in various activities. Students of grade2 turned into vegetable and fruit vendors for a period of time to understand the concept of 'Makkala Santhe', a part from the Kannada chapter. This activity provided students with a delightful and enriching experience, promoting social interaction,creativity and physical activity in a festive environment. It also enhanced marketing skills among students. Students enjoyed the activity while carrying the importance of the activity.

TIPS - Bengaluru proudly hosted a vibrant and inspiring assembly in honour of National Sports Day. The event brought together students and faculty to celebrate the spirit of sportsmanship and the importance of physical fitness.

The assembly kicked off with an energetic parade of athletes, showcasing the diverse range of sports represented within our community. This was followed by a series of dynamic performances and demonstrations by student athletes, highlighting their skills and dedication.

Mr.Purushothama, our Senior Kannada faculty emphasized the role of sports in fostering teamwork, discipline, and resilience through his speech. His words resonated with the audience, reinforcing the value of maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle.

Overall, the National Sports Day assembly was a success, underscoring the collective commitment to promoting sports and fitness within our community. The event not only celebrated athletic excellence but also inspired all attendees to stay active and engaged in sports.

TIPS Bengaluru - KG section, celebrated Blue Day with great enthusiasm and excitement. Teachers and students looked adorable in their blue dresses and accessories, creating a sea of blue throughout the campus . The classrooms were decorated with blue balloons and children were introduced to different shades of blue. The significance of blue color was reiterated through a series of activities like art and craft, narration of story of the Blue Fox and as part of show and tell, spoke about the blue objects that they carried. Blue Day was an amazing learning experience which had a long lasting effect on each student. Early identification of colors helped to create the cognitive link between visual clues and words which is an important part of a child’s development.

TIPS - Bengaluru, students learn about cause and effect, critical thinking, and problem-solving techniques in an engaging and enjoyable way through practical experiments.
With the same objective, we conducted an experiment with candles for the students of grade 1 of TIPS Bengaluru to demonstrate the claim that air helps in burning. It was noticed that while one candle burns longer than the other, the candle covered by the inverted glass tumbler eventually blows out. Students enjoyed the fun way of learning that air supports burning.

TIPS Coimbatore is extremely proud of Mithul’s achievement and celebrates his inspiring success. TIPS - Bengaluru, An Educational field trip was organized and executed to Indian Wood Science and Technology(IWST) comprising students of grades IX, X,XI and XII on Friday, 23 August , 2024. It resides in the center of Malleshwaram In North Bangalore, Karnataka in 25 acres of land including, a highly equipped lab, processing division, conference hall, greenhouse with budding stations , museum and wood processing unit. The journey provided the student first hand information about the varied advanced technology and procedure used to preserve the natural resources.
ISWT was established in 1938 with the objective of preserving and researching the possibilities of wood as a renewable source of nature. Students witnessed different units for wood processing, manufacturing plywoods, Semi Culture in Wood preservation and Forest preservation. The entire process is based on the concept of Sustainable Development Growth initiated by Swachh Bharat Mission.it offers training and educational programmes like one year diploma course and other Research Programmes by incorporating other institutions in wood engineering.

Outward Bound Learning Trips: Andamans, Batch 2 - Day 5, our students began with a trek, rewarded by breathtaking views. After lunch, they headed to Ross Island and, upon returning, enjoyed some shopping. The day concluded with snacks back at the hotel, followed by a lively talent show, showcasing their diverse talents.

TIPS - Outward Bound Learning Trips: Andamans Batch 2 - Day 4
Our students started the day with breakfast at the hotel. They boarded a ferry and arrived in Port Blair, visiting the Chatham Saw Mill, Asia’s largest. For lunch, they enjoyed Chinese cuisine at The Pearl. In the afternoon, they went to Corbyn’s Cove Beach for an exciting jet ski ride. After playing frisbee, they returned to the hotel for snacks, free time, and dinner. It was an awesome experience.

TIPS students enjoyed an exciting mix of activities. They explored the underwater world with scuba diving, learned the art of pizza making, and relaxed at the picturesque Kala Pathar Beach. The day was filled with adventure, culinary fun, and stunning beachside relaxation.

Outward Bound Learning Trips: Andamans Batch 2 - Day 2
Our students left Port Blair and took a comfortable cruise to Havelock Islands. They stayed at a Resort, enjoyed the swimming pool, and had a delicious lunch at "Something Different". Guided by an expert, they explored marine life on an Inter-Tidal Marine walk. After a fun swim at Radhanagar Beach, they returned for a delightful dinner. An awesome day we should say!
