How much you really know about the Tiger sharks? 😃
Are they really the man-eater?😈
Yes, they are responsible for the most attacks on humans. Once they've found their prey, they pursue it like tigers, moving very slowly and softly.
When attacking its victim, the slow pace and camouflage allow it avoid being detected until the very last second. Tiger sharks are so quick that once they have their meal, they can devour it in minutes.
So you can imagine the apatite!
Apart from the sea animals, all kinds of animals have been discovered within their stomachs off the coast of Hawaii. Rats, cats, dogs, lambs, goats, and even horses are included!!
And they've earned the title "the garbage can of the sea" due to the unusual stuff discovered inside their stomachs.
Sharks are vital members of the ecosystem because they keep the species below them in the food chain and serve as a health indicator for the ocean. That is why we must safeguard them by not dumping junk on the bottom line.
And when you know, you work on it.
