We started the year with Batch 22 of our 6 weeks course, and it has been an incredible journey from day one. They embraced every part of the process, learning not just how to cook but understanding food, its history, and the techniques behind it. The first week of our 6 weeks course was all about the basics. Students began with knife skills to build a strong foundation and then moved on to egg cookery with classics like French toast. They learned essential cooking techniques such as pan searing and poaching while gaining basic butchery skills. They also made bread from scratch and learned the basics of baking. Throughout the first week they built confidence in the kitchen and learned to plate their creations beautifully.

During Batch 21 of our 6 weeks course, countless memories were created, from the very first knife cut to the final assessment day.
