The below Exhibit shows the view of World Economic Forum about "Students require 16 skills for the 21st century". **
While our schooling system is taking care of the "Foundational Literacies".
Who is focusing on the "Competencies"? How and when?
We all know, competencies neither could be built overnight nor taught in schools.

Photos from the weekend workshop
Yet another interesting Sunday.
Day has come to power the car. Before that they did learn about the energy, power, how it helps rolling car, how the energy changes the form. and so on.
Today was the day of Wind energy. To see the wind powered car rolling on the floor.
Can you see each of the kid has different shape and size of the sail to capture wind power. Its all their own imagination and creativity.

Sunday 28th Nov ....
Yet another Creative workshop.
The objective was to improvise, if they want, the last version of the car. Introduction to different stiffer, better construction material. Understand the science behind impact of weight on the rolling speed.

Kids quickly learnt using the stiffer Extruded PVC board. They leant from the earlier workshops and V1 of their car design. They created better performing, better looking car(t). Made the observations and collected data about the effect of cart weight rolling. Interesting, isn't it?
Of course, we just facilitated them. No kit, no spoon feeding.
The results ?.... the big fat smile on their faces.

Sunday 21st Nov ....
One more fun filled Creative workshop.
The objective was kids to Imagine their own version of the car(t) and bring it to reality. While doing that Understand the basic construction, material, tools and importantly science behind the concept.
To start with everyone used their own material ranging from corrugated board, wooden sticks, wire, plastic tubes, and what not.
The outcome was interesting. Each one has own version of car, own design to keep wheels rolling, size of the wheels.

Look at the different shapes, sizes and use of material
