1. Am I investing in my self - THIS IS PERSONAL GRWOTH QUESTION, since new year started whatâs my plan for my personal growth?
2. Am I genuinely interested in others - VERY IMPORTANT AS LEADER TO GROW OTHER - people development is key for Leader
3. Am I doing what I love and love what I do - IDENTIFY YOUR PASSION, DO YOU HAVE PASSION TO PERFORM
4. Am I really investing my time with right people - BUILDING RELATIONSHIP WITH PEOPLE WHO MATTER MOST, ALSO ITS EQUALLY IMPORTANT AM I RIGHT PERSON SO THAT SOMEBODY INVEST TIME WITH ME
