Why exactly?

Education is the training of minds to think. But why exactly are colleges not able to cultivate this?

Indian education system is not bad! Yes I totally believe in what I am saying. The Indian education system is not bad.

What is bad is the Indian result system. The way results are announced, the way exams are taken, the way only marks are shown in the final marks card etc etc.

So many people loose out because of mindset or their inability to imagine what is possible and limiting their beliefs.

Often some of us come across a scenario where we like the work but the people, the team, the atmosphere, etc, does not make sense.

That’s one of the most common scenarios where it is better to leave the Company.
