Meera bai, the greatest devotee of lord Shri Krishna, needs no introduction. In this fast moving world people have forgotten the true value of devotion. Distraction has taken over devotion. This wonderful Meera Bhajan is an attempt to remind ourselves of true and pure devotion, the undeterred Guru Bhakti.

There's a profoundness in this song which I felt only when I looked at the lyrics very closely. Sometimes we enjoy the song more when we can relate to the lyrics. I guess the lyrics of this song is so beautiful and genuine that most of us can relate to it. Hats off to a genius who plays with words and emotions so beautifully and so effortlessly and a music director whom the world out there needs to know more. This song is close to my heart more so because ...... mera bhi ek baanwara mann dekhne chala hai sapna!!
