Investiture Ceremony 2026
The Investiture Ceremony of St. Joseph's Convent School, Banga was held with great pride and enthusiasm on 14th July 2026. The ceremony marked the formal appointment of the student leaders for the academic session 2026–27.
The programme commenced with a prayer, followed by the ceremonial presentation of badges to the newly elected student council members. Captains and Vice Captains of all the four houses were officially invested with their responsibilities and pledged to uphold the values and discipline of the school.
The highlight of the ceremony was the announcement of the Head Boy and Head Girl by the Principal. The newly appointed leaders took the oath of, promising to serve the school with dedication, sincerity, and integrity.
The Director of the School addressed the gathering and emphasized the importance of maintaining a plastic-free campus. He encouraged every student to avoid the use of single-use plastics and become responsible citizens by protecting the environment. He also explained that true leadership is not about authority but about setting a positive example, serving others with humility, and inspiring fellow students through honesty, discipline, and selfless action.
In her address, the Principal congratulated all the office bearers and urged them to lead with confidence, responsibility, and compassion. The ceremony concluded with the National Anthem, leaving the students inspired to uphold the values of leadership, teamwork, and environmental responsibility throughout the year.
