By providing financial and operations services and training, CSBM enables the charter sector to do what it does best – educate our country’s children. It’s not every day that a company exists to eliminate their clients’ dependency on its services, but that’s our goal. Because we believe that our clients should choose to work with us rather than being forced to, we continually strive to eliminate any false sense of reliance and share our knowledge by providing options for training as well as outsourced services… or any combination of both. The CSBM team had a fantastic time attending the 2026 National Charter Schools Conference (NCSC26) in New Orleans.

NCSC26 brought together charter school leaders, educators, and partners from across the country for several days of insightful discussions, innovative ideas, and meaningful collaboration. We were grateful for the opportunity to connect with so many dedicated professionals who are committed to strengthening charter schools and expanding opportunities for students.

Our President and COO, Karen Daniels, attended the 2026 NYU Coaching & Technology Summit: Coaching at Organizational Scale June 15th–16th at NYU's Kimmel Center in New York City

The Summit brought together coaches, researchers, HR leaders, and technology innovators from around the world to explore how AI, digital transformation, and emerging technologies are shaping the future of coaching, leadership, and organizational development. Attendees engaged in thought-provoking discussions, insightful presentations, and collaborative conversations focused on scaling coaching impact across organizations.

We were honored to participate in this important event and connect with professionals who are helping drive the future of coaching and human capital development.

This year’s theme, “There’s No Place Like EdLoC,” brought together senior leaders committed to collaboration, innovation, and dismantling systemic barriers in education. From powerful main stage conversations to cross-sector networking, the convening reinforced the importance of bold leadership and collective action in shaping equitable futures for students and communities.

CSBM was proud to attend the 2026 Hummingbird Soirée hosted by Kindred Bakery BK—an inspiring fundraiser centered around storytelling, inclusion, and opportunity for young people.

We were especially excited to see our own Karen Daniels, President & COO, alongside Kamilah O’Brien, Director of Consulting Services (and Kindred board member!), supporting such meaningful work, pictured here with Michelle Rumph.

Kindred Bakery BK is doing something truly special—empowering neurodivergent and underserved youth through baking, mentorship, and real-world skill building.
