Barbara Maier Gustern was one of New York's finest coaches in vocal technique. Barbara Joan Gustern was an American vocal coach and singer.
She was a performer, producer, and coach to Broadway, Jazz, Cabaret, Pop and Rock n'Roll best of the best singers in New York City. She had many noted students, including Blondie singer Debbie Harry, Taylor Mac, Justin Vivian Bond, Diamanda Galás, and Kathleen Hanna. Wikipedia

Good Afternoon --For all the friends, students and fans of Barbara Maier Gustern who've patiently waited for her vocal book.. I wanted to update to you I have not found a publisher. I am still looking and may need to accept 'self publishing'... I've saved everyone's names on this site to notify if I can find you all once it is available. Happy New Year 2025. I am Happy to report--I am finally back on Barbara's Book. After too many family issues of sickness, death's, moves and more distractions I am determined to get Barb's book out this year.
