Iqra Model School Khayar

Today on Saturday, 22 November 2025 Our Institution organised a trekking programme. The group of 78 students departed from the school at 10:45 a.m. The students were enthusiastic and displayed an admirable level of energy and discipline from the very beginning of the journey. They were instructed to walk steadily and maintain proper formation throughout.

Our first halt was at the Lawaypora ground, where the group took a short 10-minute rest. The trek continued towards Boinaar village, where we paused briefly at a small ground. The students were provided light food, and after a 15-minute break, we resumed our journey towards Doban village.

The route to Doban was noticeably rough and challenging; however, the students demonstrated exceptional patience, strength, and determination. While a few felt tired along the way, the majority progressed with confidence and maintained the pace without difficulty.

The team reached Doban village at 2:30 p.m. The local residents welcomed us warmly, offering tea and expressing great happiness at our visit. The students had their lunch in a peaceful environment and took some rest. At 3:15 p.m., we began our return journey. Walking at a calm and relaxed pace, the children enjoyed the natural surroundings and the overall trekking experience. With the grace of Almighty Allah, the entire programme remained smooth, safe, and pleasant. The group reached back to the school at exactly 6:00 p.m.

I take this opportunity to appreciate all the students for their excellent behaviour, courage, and endurance in completing nearly six hours of trekking. Special acknowledgment goes to Fayaz Sir, Mtr. Shahzada Ma’am, and all other staff members whose dedication, supervision, and care ensured the success of this trekking programme.

In continuation to the activities conducted today on 20th September 2025 under Sewa Parav and Swachhta Hi Sewa Pakwadda Campaign Plantation Drive held at IQRA MODEL PUBLIC SCHOOL KHAYAR by students and staff entitled Ek Paed Maa Ke Naam.
