Those who are saying that it is Indian Air Force that must be praised and NOT Narendra Modi here are some questions for you....
1. When 26/11 attacks happened in Mumbai, killing 180 Indians, Indian Air Force pleaded Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to allow them to conduct airstrikes on Pakistan based terror camps and launchpads. It was PM (Puppet Minister) Manmohan Singh who blocked the move, saying it may affect peace and lead to escalation.
Who was the PM afraid of ?
What was the PM afraid of ?
Who pressurised him not to conduct strikes ?
2. When Pakistani terrorists killed 210 people in a series of 7 blasts in Local trains in Mumbai, and it was clear that the masterminds were sitting across the border, why did the Air Force not destroy the camps of Lashkar ? Because of the Govt's cowardice ofcourse.
3. Attacks after attacks continued to execute in Delhi, Ahmedabad, Varanasi, Jaipur, Ayodhya, Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad for almost 8 years between 2005 and 2013. What was holding back Indian Air Force from conducting these strikes ??
The Air Force is same.......
Its Fighter jets are practically almost the same......
We haven't upgraded anything in the last 10 years.....
The pilots are more or less same......
The laser-guided bombs used today have been with us since 20 years......
The basic structure is same.......
Number of airbases is same.......
Air Force Staffs are same.......
The Mirage-2000s and Sukhoi-30s are same......
Then what changed ???
What changed between 2008 and 2019 ?
Why did then PM of India Manmohan Singh blocked air strikes despite Indian Air Force presenting a fool-proof solid plan ???
And why did it happen successfully now, killing 350 terrorists in the main training camp ???
There is ONE and ONLY ONE DIFFERENCE......
L.E.A.D.E.R.S.H.I.P.
This LEADERSHIP has the intent to take the enemy head on. ....
PS : I am not taking even the slightest of credit away from IAF. I agree that Air Force indeed deserves every word of praise and complete pat on their back for executing such a precise and massive pre-emptive strike.... But here, it is clearly due to the leadership and support from the top..... And why not? In a democracy like India, even IAF is bound by the orders of a democratically elected government.
Solemn thoughts of the admin.
