Self quarantine

For myself, I have decided to take these measures as of immediate effect :
1. I will not travel in public transport.
2. I will not attend events, gatherings.
3. I will not go to cinemas or restaurants. I will not even order takeaways.
4. I will stop going to the gym/swimming pool
5. I will greet people without physical contact
6. I will be conscious about touching my face
7. I will wash my hands with soap for 20 secs as advised by health authorities when I come back in from outside my home and as often as needed inside the house, most definitely before cooking or eating.
8. I will use tissues/napkins to touch public surfaces such as the button at road crossings, door handles etc
9. I will not go out except for unavoidable errands like the grocery store

In effect, I am in my own version of lockdown! I suggest that all of you take what measures you can to keep yourself well. This is not over-reacting; this is being cautious.
