আমার ছাত্রদের কিছু প্রশ্নের উত্তরে জানাই যে ওয়ার্ড তায়ক্বন্ড হেড কোয়াটার বা কুক্কিয়ন কোন সংস্থাকে affiliation দেয় না। যদি কেউ এধরনের প্রচার করে থাকে সেটা সম্পূর্ন অসত্য কথা। আমাদের দেশে কুক্কিয়নের নিজস্ব একটি মাত্র institute আছে। সেটা হলো,'রায়স তায়ক্বন্ড একাডেমী '। আমাদের দেশে একমাত্র এখানেই তায়ক্বন্ড এর উপরে ব্যাচেলার, মাষ্টার এবং পি এইচ ডি করানো হয়। এখানকার মাষ্টার ইনসট্রাক্টর মাষ্টার প্রদিপ্ত কুমার রায় পৃথিবীর একমাত্র গবেষনাগার কুক্কিয়নএ তায়ক্বন্ড এর expect এবং অলিম্পিক এর জন্য খেলোয়ারদের প্রশিক্ষণ দেন। ইনি ছয় ছয় বার world competition ( যেটি কুক্কিয়ন দ্বারা পরিচালিত হয়) থেকে সোনা জিতেছেন এবং ভারতের প্রথম ' হল অফ ফেম' যেটা extraordinary performance জন্য প্রদত্ত হয়।
' নর্থ বেংগল স্বামি বিবেকানন্দ টেকোনডো এসোসিয়েশন ' হলো রায়স টেকোনডো একাদেমির অনুমোদিত স্বংস্থা। তাই এটিও কুক্কিয়নের একটা নিজস্ব সংস্থা। সমস্ত ব্লেক বেল্ট সার্টিফিকেট কেবল মাত্র কুক্কিয়নই দেয় যা পৃথিবীর সব স্বংস্থাই মানে। নর্থ বেংগল স্বামি বিবেকানন্দ টেকোনডো এসোসিয়েশন সরাসরি কুক্কিয়ন থেকে ব্লেকবেল্ট করায়। তাই কুক্কিয়নের নির্ধারিত ফিস টুকুই দিতে হয়। এখানে কোন রকম বাড়তি পয়সা দিতে হয় না।

1st Dan Black Belt = Rs. 2500

2nd Dan Black Belt = Rs. 3500

3rd Dan Black Belt = Rs. 4500

4th Dan Black Belt = Rs. 6000
