Tharu Vikas Samiti The Tharu people are an ethnic group indigenous to the Terai, the southern foothills of the Himalaya

As of 2011, the Tharu population of Nepal was censused at 1,737,470 people, or 6.6% of the total population. In 2009, the majority of Tharu people were estimated to live in Nepal. There are several endogamous sub-groups of Tharu:

Rana Tharu in the Kailali and Kanchanpur districts of the far western Nepal Terai; also in India, in Nainital, Uttarakhand and Kheri Terai, Uttar Pradesh. Rana Tharu cla

Kochila Tharu in eastern Terai: Saptari, Bara, Parsa, Rautahat, Sarlahi, Mahottari and Udayapur Districts
Danuwar in eastern Terai: Udayapur, Saptari and Morang districts. Lampucchwa Tharu in Morang District
Smaller numbers of Tharu people reside in the adjacent Indian districts Champaran of Bihar state; Gorakhpur, Basti,Balrampur and Gonda of Uttar Pradesh state; and Nainital, Uttarakhand state.In 2001, Tharu people were the largest of five scheduled tribes in Uttarakhand, with a population of 256,129 accounting for 33.4% of all scheduled tribes.In the same year, they constituted 77.4% of the total tribal population of Uttar Pradesh with a population of 83,544

निराशा, एक ऐसी बीमारी है जिसकी चपेट में एक बार कोई आ गया तो उसका उभरना बहुत ही मुश्किल हो जाता है. अधिकांश लोग नये काम की शुरुआत तो बहुत उत्साह के साथ करते है. लेकिन, अपने द्वारा तय समय सीमा में अगर सफलता हासिल नहीं होती तो कुछ समय बाद ही सारा उत्साह खत्म होने लगता है. इसका सबसे बड़ा कारण होता है उदासीनता यानी खुद में मोटिवेशन की कमी. काम चाहे छोटा हो या बड़ा उसे अच्छे से पूरा करने के लिए मोटिवेशन की बहुत जरूरत होती है. बिना मोटिवेशन के अगर हम कोई काम कर भी लें तो उस काम में ना मज़ा आएगा और ना ही वह काम ढंग से होगा

बढ़ते हैं जब हाथ उठाने को

ज़िन्दगी की कठनाइयों से भाग जाना आसान होता है,
जिंदगी में हर पहलू इम्तेहान होता है,
डरने वालो को नही मिलता कुछ ज़िन्दगी में,
लड़ने वालों के कदमो में जहांन होता है.

यही जज्बा रहा तो मुश्किलों का हल भी निकलेगा
जमीं बंजर हुई तो क्या वहीं से जल भी निकलेगा
ना हो मायूस ना घबरा अंधेरों से मेरे साथी
इन्हीं रातों के दामन से सुनहरा कल भी निकलेगा.

जीवन की सबसे बड़ी ख़ुशी,
उस काम को करने में हैं,
जिसे लोग कहते हैं.
“तुम नहीं कर सकते”
खुद को इतना कमजोर मत होने दो,
की तुम्हे किसी के एहसान की जरुरत हो.

दर्द, गम, डर जो भी है बस तेरे अंदर हैं.
खुद के बनाये पिंजरे से निकल कर देख
तू भी एक सिकंदर हैं.

मंजिल उन्हीं को मिलती है, जिनके सपनों में जान होती है |पंख से कुछ नहीं होता, हौसलों से उड़ान होती है ||
