Faculty Development Program on Teaching and Assessment methods and understanding Bloom's taxonomy and Miller's pyramid was organised for Teachers.
The Program was inaugurated by Principal Dr Subhas Bagade, Resource persons : Dr. Vishnu Kangaralkar, Mrs. Sh*tal Kamate, Academic committee chairman, Dr Sarojini Byadigi and Human resource Development Cell chairman Dr Chetan Kalasannavar.
Principal Dr. Subhas Bagade, emphasized the importance of Faculty development programme in enriching Teachers skills of teaching and for unbiased assessments.
Academic committee Chairman proposed Welcome Note. Dr. Shilpa Hosamani, Associate Professor Department of Dravyaguna Vignana and Dr. Ashwini Kudrimatha, Associate Professor Department of Roga nidana briefed the Introduction of Resource persons.
Professor and Principal, Maratha Mandal College of Pharmacy delivered the Presentation on "Overview of Teaching and Learning methods and Assessment methods w.s.r. to OSPE, OSCE DOPS DOAP MINI CEX ." Smt. Sh*tal Kamate, Assistant professor Department of Pharmaceuticals, Maratha Mandal College of Pharmacy delivered a lecture on"Understanding of Bloom's taxonomy and Miller's pyramid".
Hands on training on Different Assessment methods was organised by creating different stations, such as History taking, communication skills, Procedure, Physical examination stations. All the faculty members Actively Participated in the event.
