आजकल स्कूलों के मुआयने को लेकर काफी सक्रियता दिखाई दे रही है। स्कूलों की कमियां देखना और सवाल उठाना गलत नहीं है, लेकिन सवाल यह है कि क्या सिर्फ शिक्षक को कटघरे में खड़ा करने से व्यवस्था सुधर जाएगी?
कभी गांव की नालियों, सड़कों, राशन व्यवस्था या थाने की कार्यप्रणाली का भी इसी गंभीरता से निरीक्षण करके देखिए। मसलन, FIR क्यों नहीं लिखी गई—इस पर भी सवाल उठाने की हिम्मत दिखाइए।
अगर शिक्षा सबसे महत्वपूर्ण है, तो बिल्कुल जांच कीजिए। लेकिन एक बात का आश्वासन भी दीजिए—स्कूल में जो कमियां मिलेंगी, उन्हें दूर कराने की जिम्मेदारी भी उतनी ही मजबूती से उठाएंगे।
स्कूल में सफाई की समस्या है तो संबंधित विभाग से सवाल हो।
भवन जर्जर है तो जिम्मेदार अधिकारियों से जवाब मांगा जाए।
खाने की गुणवत्ता खराब है तो संबंधित व्यवस्था और जिम्मेदार लोगों पर कार्रवाई हो।
शिक्षकों की कमी है तो उसके समाधान की आवाज भी उतनी ही मजबूती से उठे।
सिर्फ वीडियो बनाकर शिक्षक को डांटने या धमकाने से स्कूल नहीं सुधरेंगे।
अगर वास्तव में उद्देश्य शिक्षा व्यवस्था को बेहतर बनाना है, तो एक स्कूल में जाइए, वहां की कमियां चिन्हित कीजिए और उन्हें दूर कराने की कोशिश कीजिए। फिर अगले स्कूल की ओर बढ़िए।
विश्वास मानिए, अगर कोई व्यक्ति सच में एक स्कूल की व्यवस्था बदलने में मदद कर दे, तो शिक्षक उसे अपने विद्यालय में सम्मान के साथ बुलाएगा।
शिक्षक से सवाल जरूर पूछिए, लेकिन व्यवस्था से भी जवाब मांगिए।
क्योंकि सुधार केवल निरीक्षण से नहीं, जिम्मेदारी लेने से आता है।
और हां, शिक्षक पर चिल्लाना सबसे आसान काम है—क्योंकि उसके पास जवाब देने की जिम्मेदारी तो है, लेकिन हर समस्या का समाधान करने के अधिकार और संसाधन हमेशा उसके पास नहीं होते।

Nowadays, there is a lot of activity around school inspections. There is nothing wrong with identifying shortcomings in schools and raising questions, but the real question is: Will the system improve simply by putting teachers in the dock?
Why not inspect village drains, roads, ration distribution, and the functioning of police stations with the same seriousness? For instance, have the courage to ask why an FIR was not registered.
If education is truly the most important priority, then by all means, inspect schools. But along with inspection, take responsibility for addressing the shortcomings you find.
If there is a cleanliness problem, question the concerned department.
If the school building is in poor condition, demand answers from the responsible authorities.
If the quality of food is poor, hold the concerned people accountable.
If there is a shortage of teachers, raise your voice just as strongly for a solution.
Schools will not improve merely by making videos and scolding or threatening teachers.
If the real objective is to improve the education system, visit one school, identify its problems, and make an honest effort to get them resolved before moving on to the next school.
Believe me, if someone genuinely helps improve even one school, the teachers themselves will welcome that person into their school with respect.
Question teachers when necessary, but question the system too.
Because improvement comes not merely from inspection, but from taking responsibility.
And yes, shouting at a teacher is the easiest thing to do—because teachers are expected to answer for everything, even though they may not always have the authority or resources to solve every problem.

निश्चित ही बच्चों से थाली-बर्तन धुलवाना उचित नहीं है, लेकिन सवाल यह भी है कि स्कूलों में यह काम करेगा कौन?
अगर बच्चे बर्तन धो रहे हैं, तो हर बार शिक्षक को ही जिम्मेदार ठहराना कितना उचित है? स्कूल में रसोइया को मात्र ₹2000 मानदेय मिलता है और उससे खाना बनाने के साथ-साथ सफाई जैसे कई काम भी करवाए जाते हैं। इतने कम मानदेय में यदि उससे बच्चों के बर्तन भी धुलवाए जाएंगे, तो उसके लिए यह काम करना मुश्किल हो जाता है। कई बार तो शिक्षक अपनी जेब से कुछ सहयोग करके रसोइया को रोकने की कोशिश करते हैं।
अगर बच्चे बर्तन धो रहे हैं, तो इस समस्या का समाधान सरकार और व्यवस्था के स्तर पर होना चाहिए। आखिर उस समय शिक्षक क्या करें? बच्चों को बर्तन धोने से रोकें तो बर्तन कौन धोएगा?
स्कूलों में जो व्यवस्थागत कमियां हैं, उनके लिए केवल शिक्षक को दोषी ठहराना समाधान नहीं है। शिक्षक भी चाहते हैं कि बच्चों को बेहतर और सुरक्षित वातावरण मिले, लेकिन इसके लिए पर्याप्त व्यवस्था और संसाधन उपलब्ध कराना भी जरूरी है।
शिक्षकों को दोषी बनाकर नहीं, बल्कि व्यवस्था में सुधार करके ही समस्या का स्थायी समाधान किया जा सकता है।

A cook in a school receives an honorarium of just ₹2,000, and along with cooking, they are expected to do several other tasks like cleaning. At such a low stipend, if they are also made to wash the children's dishes, it becomes extremely difficult for them to manage the workload. In many instances, teachers even try to contribute out of their own pockets to keep the cook from quitting.
If children are washing dishes, the solution to this problem must come from the government and systemic levels. What should teachers do in such a situation? If they stop the children from washing dishes, who will wash them?
Blaming only the teacher for the systemic shortcomings in schools is not a solution. Teachers also want children to have a better and safer environment, but for that, providing adequate arrangements and resources is essential.
A permanent solution to this problem can be found not by making teachers the scapegoats, but by reforming the system.

*स्कूल की टोंटी* से लेकर *टूटी दीवार* तक… *सवाल सिर्फ शिक्षक से क्यों?*
* आजकल कुछ गाँवों में स्कूल की छोटी-छोटी कमियों के वीडियो बनाकर खूब दिखाए जा रहे हैं—
*टोंटी* लगी है तो टूटी क्यों है?
*नल* है तो पानी क्यों नहीं आ रहा?
*गेट* टूटा क्यों है?
*व्यवस्था* ऐसी क्यों है?
*सवाल बिल्कुल पूछिए…* लेकिन सवाल करने से पहले जिम्मेदारी भी याद रखिए।

*बहुत से स्कूल ऐसे हैं जहाँ* शिक्षक बार-बार टोंटियाँ लगवाते रहे, गेट ठीक करवाते रहे, दीवारें बनवाते रहे…
*लेकिन गाँव के कुछ लोगों ने* उन्हें तोड़ने में कभी कसर नहीं छोड़ी।
*कहीं* गेट तोड़ दिया,
*कहीं* दीवार तोड़ दी,
*कहीं* दीवारों पर गालियाँ लिख दीं,
*कहीं* स्कूल का इन्वर्टर और बैटरी तक चोरी हो गई। 😒

तब वही शिक्षक गाँव में जाकर कहते थे—
*“भाई, स्कूल आपका भी है…* इसे बचाइए।”

* लेकिन तब किसी ने *वीडियो* बनाकर यह नहीं पूछा कि
*“आखिर स्कूल की चीजें तोड़ कौन रहा है?”*

आज व्यवस्था की कमी दिखाई दे रही है तो सवाल उठाइए, जरूर उठाइए।
लेकिन जिस चीज़ को समाज खुद नुकसान पहुँचाता है, उसके लिए *केवल शिक्षक को जिम्मेदार ठहराना भी कहाँ तक सही है?*

स्कूल सुधारना है तो सिर्फ कमियाँ गिनाने से नहीं होगा…
स्कूल की चीजों की हिफाजत भी करनी होगी।

* क्योंकि सरकारी स्कूल किसी एक अध्यापक का नहीं, पूरे गाँव के बच्चों का भविष्य है।
*और भविष्य बनाने की जिम्मेदारी सिर्फ शिक्षक की नहीं, समाज की भी है।* ✅

From a broken tap to a damaged wall… Why are questions directed only at the teacher?
Nowadays, in some villages, videos highlighting minor school deficiencies are being widely made and circulated:
If there is a tap, why is it broken?
If there is a handpump, why isn't water coming out?
Why is the gate broken?
Why is the system like this?
By all means, ask questions… But before asking, remember your responsibility as well.
There are many schools where teachers repeatedly had taps installed, gates repaired, and boundary walls built…
Yet some people in the village spared no effort in breaking them down.
In some places, they broke the gate;
In others, they demolished the wall;
Somewhere, they scribbled abuses on the walls;
Elsewhere, even the school’s inverter and battery were stolen. 😒
Back then, those same teachers would go around the village saying:
“Brothers, this school belongs to you too… Please help protect it.”
But back then, no one made a video to ask:
“Who is actually destroying school property?”
If you see flaws in the system today, raise your voice—absolutely do so.
But when society itself damages school infrastructure, how fair is it to hold only the teacher responsible?
If we want to improve schools, merely listing flaws won't be enough…
We must also protect the school's assets.
Because a government school does not belong to a single teacher—it holds the future of the entire village’s children.
And the responsibility of building that future lies not just with the teacher, but with society as well. ✅

आज पहली बार इतनी बड़ी मीटिंग का अनुभव ही कुछ और था सोचा mam के पास तो वैसे ही इतने department हैं बेसिक एडुकेशन पर ज्यादा टाइम नहीं देगी but चीजें सारी अलग ही थीं संदर्शिका डायरी fraction LCM nipun assessment SRG ARP सब पर फोकस था और ये तो केवल एकेडमिक था साथ में ऑपरेशन कायाकल्प mdm उल्लास सब पर विशेष ध्यान दिया गया।
जिलाधिकारी मैम अन्नपूर्णा गर्ग जी ने बेसिक शिक्षा विभाग की समीक्षा करते हुए निर्देशित किया कि सभी अधिकारी प्रत्येक माह अपने लक्ष्य के अनुसार विद्यालयों का निरीक्षण करना सुनिश्चित करें। समस्त योजनाओं के साथ ही साथ विद्यालयों में हो रहे कार्यों को भी विशेष रूप से देखें तथा जो भी कमी दिखायी दे उसके संबंध में संबंधित अध्यापक को उचित निर्देश भी प्रदान करें।
