Today in the school out of nine teachers five were sick and couldn't come to school. Only four teachers were thinking to run the school with about 289 students. Realising our situation we approached some mothers who bring their children and wait till the end of school. They gladly but hesitatingly accepted our prayer and helped the teachers to run the teaching learning process smoothly. The teachers of Panitras Free Primary School thanks them cordially.

আজ Panitras Free Primary School এ উলুবেড়িয়া পৌরসভার chairman শ্রী অভয় দাস মহায়াশয় এসে দেখে গেলেন। উনি খুবই প্রসংশা করলেন আমাদের স্কুলের সমস্ত কর্মকাণ্ডকে। বিদ্যালয় যে খেলার মাঠ কিনতে চলেছে তাও ঘুরে দেখলেন ও এই উদ্যোগ কে সাধুবাদ জানালেন। ওনাকে বিদ্যালয়ের পক্ষ থেকে ধন্যবাদ জানাই। ওনার সঙ্গে একজন retired deputy magistrate শ্রী নির্মল কুমার ভৌমিক মহাশয়ও বিদ্যালয় পরিদর্শন করে অভিভুত। ওনাকেও বিদ্যালয়ের পক্ষ থেকে ধন্যবাদ জানাই। ওনার দুজনেই বিদ্যালয়কে সাহায্য করবেন বলে প্রতিশ্রুতি দিয়েছেন।

1. উচ্চ শিক্ষিত টিচার (9 জন) প্রত্যেকে মাস্টার্স করেছেন। (Math, Chemistry, Physics, Phychology , English, Education, Bengali)
2. চেয়ার টেবিলে ছাত্রছাত্রীদের বসার ব্যবস্থা।
3. Smart TV, Desktop, Laptop, Sound boxes ইত্যাদির সাহায্যে পড়ান।
4. অত্যন্ত পরিচ্ছন্ন ক্লাসরুম ও toilet and latrine
5. CCTV ক্যামেরার লিঙ্কের সাহায্যে বাড়িতে বসে ক্লাসের কাজ লক্ষ্য করার ব্যবস্থা।
6. দূরের ছাত্রছাত্রীদের জন্য গাড়ির ব্যবস্থা।
7. প্রত্যেক পড়ার শেষে প্রিন্টেড কর্মপত্র ও বই এর বাইরের extra study materials প্রদান।
8. এক একটি ক্লাসে 25-30 জন করে ছাত্রছাত্রী পড়ানোর ব্যবস্থা।
9. একজন ড্রয়িং টিচার, একজন যোগব্যায়াম টিচার, একজন হাতের কাজের টিচার, একজন নাচের টিচার, একজন আবৃত্তি করানোর টিচার। (9 জন permanent teacher ছাড়াও)।
10. একজন ঝাড়ুদার।
11. আনন্দে পড়াশোনার উপর বিশেষ গুরুত্ব।
12. খেলাধুলার উপর বিশেষ গুরুত্ব।
