Today, Sarvodaya Public School, Baghpat had the privilege of hosting a soulful cultural program organized in collaboration with S**C MACAY and Bhatkhande Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya, Lucknow.

We were honored to welcome renowned Sarangi maestro Ustad from Mumbai, who mesmerized the audience with his exceptional performance. He also shared insightful knowledge about the history and uniqueness of the Sarangi, highlighting that its sound is considered closest to the human voice.

The audience was captivated by his presentation of Raag Shuddh Sarang, beautifully accompanied on tabla by Sabir Hussain.

Regional Coordinator Shaifali Malhotra shared that S**C MACAY has been promoting Indian classical music and culture among youth for the past 48 years.

The Principal appreciated this wonderful initiative, stating that such programs provide students with a valuable opportunity to connect with India’s rich cultural heritage.
