Student Development Programme @ BEC-Department of Management Studies (BEC-DOMS)

BEC-DOMS, Basaveshwar Engineering College, Bagalkot, organized a one-day programme on “Workplace 2.0 – Where Gen Z Meets Reality” 18/4/2026, for MBA students, focusing on employability and workplace readiness.

Mr. Shridhar Kubsad, Former Vice President at ANZ Support Services India Pvt. Ltd. and IIM Ahmedabad alumnus, invited as the resource person, offered valuable industry insights.

The interactive session equipped students with practical knowledge for today’s dynamic work environment.

Basaveshwar Engineering College, Bagalkot (MBA Department) successfully organized a PGCET/KMAT Awareness & Training Programme for MBA aspirants on April 4, 2026.

We were honored to have Mr. Ahinshu Ghosh, Training Head at Universal Education, Bangalore, as the resource person, who provided valuable insights and guidance to the participants.

The session was addressed by Dr. V. S. Puranik, Head of the MBA Department, inspiring students to pursue their academic goals with clarity and confidence. The programme was efficiently coordinated by Dr. Brijmohan Vyas.

Over 100+ students from various parts of Bagalkot district actively participated, making the event a grand success.
