The Florence Nightingale Oath was recited to the students by Ms. Gayatri ,Nursing tutor . A total of 80 B.Sc Nursing Students took the Oath During the lamp lighting Ceremony Dr.A A Balikai Principal of SSMAMCHRC badagandi , Dr. Pooja MS SSMAMCHRC badagandi and Mr. Shuboda shetty Principal Of BIS&PUC Badagandi , Mr.Dharmannavar adviser of SRPEF & Dr. Kiran kumar HOD Dept of psychicumist and DR. S S Hibare Chief medical officer SRPMCHRC Badagandi & Dr. Sangamesh Rakaraddi AssoProf DEP of Anatomy were present during the function Ms. Ganga Lecturer DEpt of CHN proposed the vote of thanks ,Master of ceremony was done by Mr. Chetan Sangati & Ms. kaveri k From Depf of MSN

"Independence Day Celebrations at S R Patil Education Foundation Campus ( Smt Shantadevi Memorial College of Nursing) celebrated India's 78th Independence Day with great enthusiasm and patriotism. The event began with a flag-hoisting ceremony, followed by a parade by the Students.
Shri S R Patil, President S R Patil Education Foundation, former minister and former opposition leaders of Karnataka Legislative Council addressed the gathering, emphasizing the significance of independence and the sacrifices made by our freedom fighters.
Cultural events were performed by students, showcasing their talent and love for the nation. The program concluded with a speech by Honourable Chairman, who inspired the students to work towards the betterment of our country.
The celebration was attended by faculty members, students, and staff, who all came together to honor our nation's independence."
