GLOBAL HANDWASHING DAY IS AN OPPORTUNITY TO DESIGN, TEST, AND REPLICATE CREATIVE WAYS TO ENCOURAGE PEOPLE TO WASH THEIR HANDS WITH SOAP AT CRITICAL TIMES.
This year's theme, “Unite for Universal Hand Hygiene”, calls on all of society to work together as we scale up hand hygiene and it reminds us that we are united in our vision for universal access and practice of hand hygiene.

International Day of the Girl Child is an annual and internationally recognized observance on October 11 that empowers girls and amplifies their voices. Like its adult version, International Women’s Day, celebrated on March 8, International Day of the Girl Child acknowledges the importance, power, and potential of adolescent girls by encouraging the opening up of more opportunities for them. At the same time, this day is designated to eliminate gender-based challenges that little girls face around the world, including child marriages, poor learning opportunities, violence, and discrimination.
Let us all , on this day strive to help our girl children to carve a positive self-image and increase their confidence level by
enabling them to develop the ability to think critically and by

The Indian Air Force Day is a reminder of the selfless contribution of these unsung heroes and makes us realize that because of them we are living in a safe world. This year marks the 89th anniversary of the Indian Air Force. Indian Air Force is ranked the fourth most largest and powerful Air Force in the world and we don’t have an iota of doubt that our flying heroes are the best!
India has been celebrating this day as a tribute to the Indian Air Force and a display of its courage and valor to the nation. Khandekar's International Preschool salutes these unsung heroes.

October 2 is of great national importance for the country as on this day, two great leaders were born on the Indian soil. Mahatma Gandhi, the pioneer of India's freedom struggle, and Lal Bahadur Shastri, the second Prime Minister of India. With their selfless service to the nation they continued to inspire everyone. Some of the best national slogans came from these leaders and still continue to hold relevance. Mahatma Gandhi's slogan "Do or Die" , Lal Bahadur Shastri's "Jai Jawan Jai Kisan" became widely accepted.
Today let's all commemorate their birthdays with due reverence.
