Teachers profession beyond name and fame!

On the Teachers Day, I salute and wish all the best to the teachers fraternity.In this age of turbulence and impatience we witness restlessness, eagerness, intolerance and anxiety. This age is looking to be rich quickly, to be happy swiftly, to be successful at all costs in shortest possible time.
So, It is really challenging to be an effective teacher.
I believe that a teacher must be creative under the given circumstances. The old method of chalk and talk has come of an age.
It is your idea and imagination that must be of higher standard if you want to be happier, healthier,richer and successful.This can only come, if you discuss your area of influence with peers. You must believe in group dynamism.What the hell to do with national or international politics when you need to be progressive and growing in your ideals, values and ethics. When we send trash in,trash comes out.
A teacher must think differently to be different. When education means drawing out, Why do we pump in?
Where's the group dynamics in our class? Are we making decisions to transfer the same trait to our posterity? Where is the ability to communicate?Why are we mute spectators when personality development and body language conveys eighty five percent of what we want to say!!
Dear fellow colleagues..
Let's think beyond perks and salary scales, let's grow!
Let's believe in creativity..
I mean create activity to be unpredictable and effective in the class..!
Respect your students to be respected!
Add new dimensions to your personality...!
Take decisions to be an effective teacher.
Boost energy into your students to create an educated future.....!
Act as an inspiration ....!!
