Through an industry interaction visit at iQuasar, English Literature students from Islamic University of Science and Technology explored how skills like communication, critical thinking, research, adaptability, and collaboration are valued across modern workplaces.

Facilitated by HiQmah, the session enabled students to interact with professionals from different divisions and gain first-hand exposure to the realities of the industry environment.

By interacting with managers from different divisions, students gained first-hand exposure to how non-technical talent contributes to organizational growth and how transferable skills can open doors across industries.

Building awareness is the first step toward building career readiness.
