Green Apple Public School, Baddi Organizes Self-Defense Awareness Session

Baddi, August 5: Green Apple Public School, Baddi, in collaboration with Mission Suraksha 360, organized a Self-Defense and Safety Awareness Session led by renowned Commando Trainer Master Bhupesh. Students learned basic Krav Maga techniques, personal safety measures, cyber safety, and emergency response skills.

Master Bhupesh emphasized that self-defense is about awareness, confidence, and making the right decisions during emergencies. He also shared Mission Suraksha 360’s vision of “Every Citizen is a Soldier.”
During the session, students learned practical self-defense techniques that can help them protect themselves in unsafe or emergency situations. Master Bhupesh guided them on how to stay calm, react confidently, and use simple yet effective techniques to escape from uncomfortable or dangerous situations. He emphasized that awareness, quick thinking, and self-confidence are the most important tools for personal safety. The hands-on training empowered students with the skills to safeguard themselves whenever they face a threatening situation.

At Green Apple Public School, learning begins with meaningful experiences! Before introducing the chapter Kim’s Hug Adventure, our Grade II students participated in a fun and interactive activity that highlighted the values of love, kindness, care, empathy, and the warmth of a hug.

Through this engaging classroom activity, the teacher encouraged students to express their feelings, build emotional connections, and understand the central theme of the chapter before reading it. Learning through hands-on experiences made the lesson more enjoyable, meaningful, and memorable for every child.
