🇮🇳 Learning Beyond the Classroom – Class 8 English

Today, our Class 8 students explored the inspiring life of Major Somnath Sharma, India’s first recipient of the Param Vir Chakra, as part of their NCERT English learning.

Through the video, students learned about his courage, patriotism, dedication and supreme sacrifice, along with the sacrifices made by countless soldiers for the safety and honour of our nation.

The activity helped students connect their textbook learning with real-life examples and understand the values of bravery, selflessness, duty and love for the country.

🌟 A meaningful lesson that went beyond the classroom and inspired our young minds to respect and value the sacrifices of our armed forces.

With the Tricolour held high and hearts filled with pride, the students of Baddi International School embarked on a vibrant Tiranga Yatra, spreading the message of patriotism, unity and harmony in the community.

The spirited rally witnessed our young students walking proudly with the National Flag, raising patriotic slogans and celebrating the indomitable spirit of India. Their enthusiastic participation beautifully reflected the values of freedom, unity, peace and national pride.

🇮🇳 A Stirring Celebration of India’s Spirit of Freedom, Unity & Pride! 🇮🇳

Baddi International School proudly celebrated Independence Day with immense patriotic spirit, enthusiasm and pride.

The celebration began with the hoisting of the National Flag by our Respected Principal Ma’am, followed by the National Anthem and heartfelt tributes to the freedom fighters who sacrificed their lives for our nation.

The celebration was further enriched with inspiring cultural performances, patriotic songs and memorable moments that brought together students and staff in the true spirit of Independence Day.
