The Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences (FPS), The ICFAI University, Himachal Pradesh, successfully conducted a hands-on workshop on "Microsoft Excel and Scientific Figure Design for Research Writing."

The session equipped faculty members and researchers with practical skills in academic result processing, Excel automation, data management, and scientific figure preparation, enhancing efficiency in teaching, research, and academic administration.

🌿 Promoting Health, Preventing Disease, Empowering Communities!

The Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, The ICFAI University, Himachal Pradesh, in collaboration with IQAC, Red Ribbon Club (RRC), Unnat Bharat Abhiyan (UBA) Cell, and Arushi NGO, Solan, is organizing a Health Screening & Awareness Camp for the adopted UBA village, Kalhariwala, Baddi, on 15th July 2026.

The camp will provide free basic clinical screenings, wellness consultations, lifestyle counselling, HIV awareness & testing, blood sugar, blood group, haemoglobin, BMI, blood pressure, and SpO₂ assessments, reinforcing our commitment to community healthcare and social responsibility.

✨ Learning Beyond Classrooms | Educational Visit to NIPER Mohali ✨

The students of the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences (FPS), The ICFAI University, Himachal Pradesh had the wonderful opportunity to visit the prestigious National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER), Mohali on 8th May 2026.

Pharmacy students, accompanied by faculty members Ms. Shilpa Chandel, Dr. Ashima, and Mr. Deepak Askar, explored advanced research facilities including the Central Instrumentation Laboratory, Department of Pharmaceutics, Department of Medicinal Chemistry, and the Pharmaceutical Heritage Centre.

The visit offered students valuable exposure to:

🔹 Modern pharmaceutical research methodologies
🔹 Formulation development and medicinal chemistry research
🔹 Historical advancements in pharmaceutical sciences

“Novel Dendrimer Conjugates for Targeted Delivery of Drug(s) to Treat Life-Threatening Diseases.”

The students of Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences (FPS), The ICFAI University, Himachal Pradesh had an enriching industrial visit to Hitech formulation, Baddi (Himachal Pradesh) on 09 April 2026.

This visit provided invaluable insights into real-time pharmaceutical manufacturing and quality systems.
