Yatra Art and Culture Foundation was delighted to participate in the grand “Tamilargalin Sangmam” event. Our Silambam students from Kondamur showcased their skills and discipline through an energetic performance, while our Bharatanatyam students presented a graceful dance performance that celebrated the beauty of Tamil culture and tradition.

The students were guided and trained by Mr. S.Y. Ahamed Hussain, Founder of Blue Whale Martial Arts Club and Silambam Instructor, whose dedication continues to inspire young learn-ers. We also thank our Director, Mr. Yatra Srinivassan, for his constant support and encour-agement in promoting traditional arts among the younger generation. The event was a won-derful opportunity for our students to represent Yatra and proudly showcase Tamil heritage on a prestigious platform.

The Yatra Arts Media team and Jeremy are on location in Pondicherry beach for Sakodharan community event and Pillaiyarkuppam for the Aravan Festival shoot for Lesley's documentary film.

Students from Loyola College, Chennai have successfully completed their one-month internship at Yatra Arts Media. As part of the program, they were involved in various media and creative activities, gaining practical exposure to the field.
The internship completion certificates were presented by our Director, Yatra Srinivasan. We appreciate their dedication, enthusiasm, and contributions, and we wish them all the very best in their future endeavors.

A Special Day with the Yatra Team

The Yatra team had a wonderful trip to the beautiful Pichavaram Mangrove Forest, enjoying a peaceful boat ride through the mangroves. The team also visited the sacred Thillai Nataraja Temple in Chidambaram, making the journey both refreshing and memorable.

Adding to the joy, Yuvasri's birthday was celebrated with the Yatra family, making it a truly special day filled with happiness, togetherness, and unforgettable memories.

The Yatra Theatre Team is rehearsing Run & Play, a play inspired by traditional games, at our new venue, "YATRA SPACE," in Artiste Garden.
