A mesmerizing & awesome day…

Had a wonderful opportunity to guide & train 150+ entrepreneurs on ‘Business Development’. This was 'special on-demand' batch for the network partners of prestigious MKCL’s Vidarbha Region.

We dived deep into the fundamental concepts of business and latest business strategies. During the exploration, every touched upon various issues & their solutions.

Special thanks to Shashikant Deshpande sir for setting high benchmarks in conceptualizing & arranging such grand events for his network partners. Very few leaders have the strong will & abilities like him.

The day was filled with laughter, joy, energy, and enthusiasm.

Glimpses of a recent event with the dynamic team of my esteemed client.

The theme was 'change: transformation in all aspects'. As a leadership coach & consultant, I feel so proud, when top-line leaders challenge the status-quo & take initiatives to bring real change in company.

In first half, teams were engaged in understanding the importance of 'team dynamics in changing environment'. This part was very well facilitated by Khadse.

Later, all the team members were given the idea of the plans & strategies, which the company is willing to implement in coming days.

Team responded vert well to the announcements made. Excited to see the positive results soon.

Super exciting day with 150+ entrepreneurs at Nagpur ✨…

Recently, I conducted a full day workshop on ‘How to Scale the Business’ for super performers. Objective of the program was to guide them on various pillars of scaling the business.

Training achievers is very challenging as very few aspects are left to explore. However, it is satisfying to aware them about the ‘glass ceiling’. It is a concept in business, where businessman doesn’t realize the trap of same patterns.

Besides 4 key pillars of scaling, participants were also given a glimpse of future education and an awareness on bringing second generation in business.

The best part of this workshop was the awesome response of the participants throughout the day.

Special appreciation to deshpande sir for this wonderful initiative & meticulous planning. This exemplifies his commitment towards his network partners. Very few leaders have such willingness go out of the way to empower others.

Case in nutshell:
A plant head (damn good at technical stuff), was given a responsibility to head a slightly isolated plant. It has some production related issues, low morale of team due to micro-management, loss of trust in leader, lot of real & perceived issues in the air. Overall a highly challenging situation.

Leader’s challenge: To bring behavioral change in self, win team’s trust, create positive work environment, stream line processes, and achieve business targets.

Coaching journey: Root cause finding, acceptance, embracing it, identifying gaps, finding solutions, prepare a weekly plan, and execute it. In next session, we worked on another interpersonal issue.

Effect: Client’s commitment to change played pivotal role in improving the situation in just 40 days. Positive outcomes encouraged management to extend the coaching sessions.

What started as an experiment or a last try by dynamic HR, turned out to be an appreciable initiative by management.

If all go well, a complete turnaround will be seen. Even in failure, each stakeholder will have pride of trying the best.

What an incredible day - Saksham 2024 ‘2nd strategy meet’.

A great satisfaction to see the 'sapling' growing. Last year, we began this journey of business transformation at Crafted solution. One of the key events in every consulting project is strategy formulation.

As a coach/consultant, I believe, that everyone in the team should be aware of what is company’s strategy? What are the objectives? How can they contribute? and what are the milestones?

This time, I was passive in the process, observing how gracefully things are taken care. The learnings from the past event were 100% implemented.

An immense pleasure to see each one drastically improved in business awareness, public speaking, presentations and mindset.

Congratulations to Darshan Khivansara sir, Swetha Khivansara mam & entire team of Crafted Solutions for crossing another milestone in this transformation journey.

Glimpses of a recent ‘Business Etiquette & Communication’ Training. The session went swiftly as we had loads of fun learning from their past mistakes & current challenges.

2 Special things to mention:

1) A participant with 25+ years of experience was apprehensive about his scope of learning in this context. He was honest in sharing his concerns as he was about to invest a full day for the same. At the end, he appreciated the session & thanked himself for not missing the session.

2) Most of the participants said, that they are attending the session just because they have heard my name & had attended few sessions in the past. It is both motivating and burdensome (positive) to know that they are counting on me for the day’s positive outcome. It was satisfying to see their feedback at the end.

By all means, the day was highly productive.
The client’s delight is the ultimate goal.

Extremely delighted to share that, one of our recent LEAP (Leadership) programs has fetched 10X results in real time. Besides improvement in skills & attitude, LEAP brought 10X RoI (Returns on Investment) by means of various LEAP inspired projects & initiatives by participants.

A heartfelt gratitude to Manoj Kank sir and Narendra Deshmukh sir for the opportunity to assist their team in leadership excellence.
