*PARENTS SEMINAR AND AWARENESS CAMP FOR SAKHI SAVITRI COMMITTEE HELD AT FOSTER ENGLISH HIGH SCHOOL*

A meeting and awareness camp on critical issues affecting children's well-being and safety, as well as crimes against children, was held at Foster English High School today.

The event aimed to educate students & parents on ways to combat child abuse, formation of Sakhi Savitri Samiti, Vidyarthi Suraksha Samiti, seek timely help, and how to get assistance through child helpline related to such issues. Principal Mrs. Alina Parveen welcomed the guests, while Qureshi Gulam Jilani, Chairman of Al-Hussain Education Society, delivered the introductory note.

Dr. Quazi Adil, the guest speaker, shed light on the importance of healthy habits and the ill effects of to***co and drugs. Mr. Kadam Ravikiran, Police Sub-inspector (PSI) of Jinsi Police Station, and Mrs. Hiwale Madam, Police personnel, spoke on the safety of girls and ways to combat such situations.

Other notable attendees included Mr. Rafiq Khan, Ex-Corporator, Dr. Nabeela Quazi, and Sheetal Gaikwad. Dr. Rida Jilani - Academic Coordinator, gave an insightful presentation on children's safety.

The programme was conducted by Head Girl Laiba and Kaniz & vote of thanks was proposed by Shifa.
