Follow a Heart-Healthy Diet
Eat more fruits and veggies.

For fat/obese men/women trying to loose fat and get lean they need to do anaerobic exercises like weight lifting and running(if they can). Aerobic exercises will only help if accompanied with anaerobic exercises like weight lifting and running cause muscles store glycogen and fat . To make glycogen burn you need anaerobic exercises then afterwards fat will be burned and you can get lean. To remain at top of any competitive sport regarding physical strength weight lifting and sprinting (running) is must . For results you need to do it daily at least for six months to achieve results and transformation.

To prevent hair fall during bathing apply soap lather to hair making lather in hand first and applying from front to backwards then run the soap in same way from front to back in same way over your hair , by this you can avoid the twisting/tornado action for applying soap or shampoo which results in more hairfall.

1)Telling lies is a sin but asking such questions/things which forces one to tell lies is also a sin and a foolish act , asking excessive questions and that also some embarrassing/unnecessary ones might ruin ones relationship/friendship.
2)Try avoiding giving examples , you can give examples but give descriptive ones for better understanding but try to avoid giving comparative examples especially if to degrade/humiliate a certain individual/group/community/action e.g:- why are you crying like a girl(to a boy) , why are you acting like a boy(to a girl) , that community people are better than ours(to fellow community members) , goods/rates are better at that shop than yours.
Believe me many well known speakers , politician , film star's , sportsperson and well known people fell in trouble and ruined things by trying to give an comparative example.

Close the doors and windows of your house 15-20 mins before sunset and keep it closed for 2-3 hours if someone needs to come in or go out open the door for a while and close it back again.

When kids are back home after school take five minutes out and ask them how was the school today , how was their day today at school , anything special good or bad. Ask them politely and show keen interest with positive response even if the things seems pretty silly/childish or worthless to you , happy parenting.
