113th WISDOM Session 🌱 A Seed of Wisdom 🌱

Yesterday’s 113th WISDOM Session with Mr. Naveen Nandigam left me with a thought I can’t get out of my head.

He said: “You can count the seeds in an apple, but you can’t count the apples in a seed.” 🍎

That struck me deeply.
Because it’s true – we often underestimate the power of small beginnings, pure intentions, and consistent cultivation. The impact of one seed, one action, one intention… can multiply beyond imagination.

Naveen Sir is a trainer who practices what he preaches – the same person on and off stage. His words were simple, yet powerful:
✅ Version one is better than version none – take action, even if it’s imperfect.
✅ Listen twice, speak once – because listening is the trainer’s superpower.
✅ Be childlike in curiosity – stay relevant, stay committed.

He reminded us that growth is not about being flawless. It’s about being authentic, curious, and courageous enough to act.

As I reflect, I ask myself: What seeds am I planting today that could create forests tomorrow? 🌳

112th WISDOM Session Learnings ✨

Today, we had the privilege of listening to Mr.Vinay Patil – Leadership Coach, International Speaker, Educationist, Strategic Advisor, and Founder & CEO of SKILLFIX. He is truly simplifying leadership in this complex world.

His message was clear and powerful:
👉 Show up for every opportunity, even when you feel unprepared.
👉 Commit first, then learn deeply, figure it out, and deliver with conviction.
👉 Build an unshakable belief in yourself – that belief carves your path to success.
👉 As trainers, cultivate listening and tolerance. Pay attention to every voice, especially the "pullers" in the room. That’s what transforms a trainer into a great trainer.

For me, this session was a reminder that growth lies in courage, belief, and the humility to listen. 🌱

Mr.Vinay Patil, is an absolute genious and a great human being. His life purpose is to serve the nation through his divine profession.

As a career counselor, I’ve seen this play out again and again. Parents celebrate marks — rightly so — but marks are not the map to a child’s life work.

• Give short trials — internships, workshops or taster courses reveal what truly fits.
• Plan long-term — a right start saves years, money and morale.

Today, during the 111th Wisdom Session, Dr. Sreeveni shared her inspiring journey of rising as a trainer after a long career break. Listening to her made me reflect deeply.

The biggest takeaway for me was simple yet powerful: Respect your own words.
👉 Deliver on your own promises.
👉 Honor the commitments we make to ourself.
👉 Remember, things happen only when we take actions.

As a corporate trainer and a consistent student of this industry, I realize that self-leadership begins here—by aligning words with actions. Because when I keep promises to myself, I build the credibility, consistency, and confidence to impact others.

🎤 Our incredible mentors — Priya, Raghu, Devika, Sagar, Ritwika, Umama, Neha, Anjalee — also shared their heartfelt reflections.
They expressed how overwhelming and humbling it feels to realize the impact their words and presence have created. From being teachers to becoming catalysts for change — their journey has been equally transformative. 🌱✨

💫 And then came the most soul-touching moment —
Dr. Rajan, the visionary founder behind this entire journey, shared his life story.

From facing immense personal and professional challenges, enduring painful setbacks, and even life-threatening health scares — to still choosing to rise, serve, and walk this path with faith… his journey has been guided by a divine force.
Through every storm, he kept going — never giving up, never giving in. His life is a testimony to the power of purpose and surrender. 🙏

When asked what “Freedom from Self” means to him, he shared:
🕊 “It’s not about me. It’s not about you. It’s God who alone exists — we are just small parts of this divinity. The more we move beyond our ego, beyond our selfish motives, the closer we get to true wisdom. It’s about surrendering to that higher power, that truth, and living for something greater than ourselves.”
