*Dry wall and speed*
LGSF - Light gauge steel framing is also know as dry wall partition. It increases speed of the work. And also reducing time and cost. There are multiple options Panels , for panelling we can go with plywood, colour coated sheets , cement fiber board , PVC sheet etc .
In our latest project of composite structure we used LGSF for external walls. *Total wall of 520 running meter framing was just erected in 12 working days , such speed cannot be achieved in regular brick/block work*
We can eliminate plastering activity and in same cases painting also if used colour coated sheets , PVC sheets or laminated boards.
We have various options for panelling , for internal and external we can use different materials.

This book was published 6 years ago on the day 12 th august 2014 , well before govt initiative last year.
The purpose of book to be published in Marathi *मराठी* was to make concepts clear to the engineers.
This book is written by Dr Vasant Achwal sir he is now 84 years young. He used to teach this subject since last 50 years or even more than that. He is our inspiration. *Now we are ready with with two other books 1. *Solved problems in strength of material that is पदार्थ बल* 2. *Engineering mechanics in Marathi उपयोजित यंत्रशास्त्र*. We are publishing this shortly.
Previously the book was published with hands of Dr Madhavrao Chitale sir and Pratap Borade sir both has appreciated the efforts taken by Progressive Expert Consulting Pvt Ltd

*Civil engineers shortage*
Toady our industry is facing lot of issues to get good skilled manpower. Here the word good skilled manpower is very important.
Disconnect of industry and academic created this situation that very few are interested in admissions to basic core engineering branches.
Industrial growth is higher and they require combination of skills like hands on software knowledge , good basics and soft skills.
As industry needs are changing rapidly and institutes are not well connected gap is increased to such level that many industries stated their training facilities as per their requirements.
Even most of the engineers also thinking that they will be trained by the hiring company. This situation is tackled by big companies by setting up own facilities of training.
But small ani medium scale companies are struggling to handle this problem.
After new education policy short training courses for ( industry specific or job specific) will have in demand which will help students to grab the jobs.
Hoping some more changes in organisations mindset also and shortage is going to increase definitely. The companies will have to increase salaries for good people and also keeping sufficient staff so that demand of increased working hours can be compensated.
All the stakeholders must work on this to solve the current situation of shortage and unemployment.
