"I know my thinking is negative, but how do I get rid of it?" asked one of my clients.
"How do I leave negative thoughts behind?" For that, you should first be aware that these are just thoughts.
"Is it a thought or reality that making money is not easy?"
"A person does not respect me, thought or reality?"
"Am I lazy, thought or reality?"
"I can't handle money, thought or reality?"
"I don't do anything regularly. Thought or reality?"
"Am I always sick of something, thought or reality?"
"People take advantage of me, thought or reality?"
"No one is helping me, thought or reality?"
Do you remember? These are all thoughts. When you become aware of this, then see it as letting go of the thought. Try to release it quickly and then tell me.
