The name of my school is Khuntakata High School. My school is situated in a wonderful Village called Khuntakata.This gives a natural beauty to my school with lush green trees surrounding, one big cricket ground. The building is in the L shape and has two different blocks.There are about 500 students in my school and about 10 teachers including teachers for P.T, work experience, music and drawing.We celebrate Independence Day on August 15, Teacher's Day on September 5 and Children's Day on November 14 with great enthusiasm. We have various competitions like song, debate, fancy dress etc on Children's Day.
My school even celebrates Annual Day and Sports Day once in every two years and we all participate in various cultural activities and sports events on these days. We enjoy these days very much as the days off studies. The students of Classes 8, 9, 10, celebrate and enjoy a lot.All our teachers are very strict and at the same time they are very friendly and helpful as well. They guide us very well and look to all our needs. I like my school and my teachers very much.
