📈 Investing Today, Building a Better Tomorrow!

The Department of Management Studies, Agnel Institute of Engineering and Management, in collaboration with the Money Matters Club, organised an Investment Awareness Program on Career Opportunities in the Wealth Management Sector on 5 October 2026, in observance of World Investor Week.

Led by Mr. Devendrra Tare, CEO of Dhaaraa Academics & Consultancy Services, the session provided students with practical insights into investing, financial planning, wealth creation, FDs, Mutual Funds, Gold, Stocks, IPOs, and the power of compounding.

Building Future Leaders, One Experience at a Time! ✨

The Department of Management Studies, organised an interactive Leadership Session for the FY MBA students, focusing on developing leadership skills, teamwork, and effective decision-making.

Through engaging team activities and role plays, students explored different leadership styles and experienced the importance of planning, clear direction, and collaboration. The screening of Peaceful Warrior further highlighted the role of a mentor in guiding, challenging, and bringing out an individual’s true potential.

The session was conducted by our trainer, Mr. Brijesh Talawadekar, whose interactive approach made the learning experience engaging and insightful. We extend our sincere gratitude to our HOD, Ma’am Supriyanka Govekar, and faculty coordinator, Mr. Shankar Hublikar, for their constant support and guidance.

The Department of Management Studies, AIEM MBA, organised a field visit for our Marketing and HR students to Goa College of Hospitality and Culinary Education and Taj Cidade de Goa, Heritage.

Students were welcomed by Dr. Edgar D’Souza, Principal, and attended an engaging session conducted by Mr. Dhananjay Vaidya, Assistant Professor, covering dining practices, presentation, professional conduct, and guest interactions.
