শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা:

হিউম্যান রিসোর্স ডেভেলপমেন্ট অ্যান্ড লেবার ওয়েলফেয়ার: যে-কোনও শাখায় স্নাতক। স্পনসর্ড প্রার্থীদের ক্ষেত্রে স্নাতক-সহ সংশ্লিষ্ট ক্ষেত্রে অন্তত ১ বছরের কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকা আবশ্যক।

কনস্ট্রাকশন সেফটি: মেকানিক্যাল, সিভিল, স্ট্রাকচারাল, কনস্ট্রাকশন, বা আর্কিটেকচারাল ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিংয়ে ডিগ্রি বা ডিপ্লোমা অথবা বি এস সি (ফিজিক্স, কেমিস্ট্রি বা ম্যাথমেটিক্স)। স্পনসর্ড প্রার্থীদের ক্ষেত্রে ১ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকা আবশ্যক।

কোর্স ফি:

সাধারণ প্রার্থীদের জন্য ৮,০০০ টাকা, স্পনসর্ড প্রার্থীদের জন্য ১২,০০০ টাকা।

বাছাই প্রক্রিয়া:

লিখিত পরীক্ষা: ১৫ ডিসেম্বর।

State Labor Institute Admission for Postgraduate Diploma and Advanced Diploma Courses

The State Labor Institute is accepting admissions for the Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Development and Labor Welfare and the Advanced Diploma in Construction Safety. This institute operates under the Department of Labor, Government of West Bengal. Both courses are recognized by the West Bengal State Council of Technical & Vocational Education and Skill Development, with a duration of one year. The Postgraduate Diploma will be conducted in Kolkata, Asansol, and Siliguri, while the Advanced Diploma will be offered in Kolkata and Asansol.

Course Details:

Human Resource Development and Labor Welfare:

Kolkata: 45 seats (40 general, 5 sponsored)

Asansol: 30 seats (25 general, 5 sponsored)

Siliguri: 30 seats (25 general, 5 sponsored)

Reservations are available for SC and OBC candidates as per government norms.

Construction Safety:

Kolkata: 30 seats (25 general, 5 sponsored)

Asansol: 25 seats (20 general, 5 sponsored)

Educational Qualifications:

Human Resource Development and Labor Welfare: Graduation in any field. Sponsored candidates need a minimum of one year of work experience as a Welfare Officer, Personnel Officer, Industrial Relations Officer, Supervisor, or equivalent position.

Construction Safety: Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Structural, Construction, or Architectural Engineering, or B.Sc. in Physics, Chemistry, or Mathematics. Sponsored candidates need one year of relevant experience in construction or other industries.

Course Fees:

General candidates: 8,000 INR

Sponsored candidates: 12,000 INR

Selection Process:

Written Examination: December 15

Sponsored candidates through an interview.
