✅ Not every child who struggles with eating, dressing, brushing, or following daily routines is simply being "picky" or "lazy."
Sometimes these challenges can be linked to difficulties with sensory processing, motor skills, attention, or learning✍️. The good news is that small, consistent activities at home can help children build confidence and independence over time.
✨ Try these at home activities mentioned in the post to build your child's habit and confidence.

📱 That late night screen session might seem harmless but for a growing child, it is doing more than just delaying bedtime. 💛
When children are exposed to screens late at night, it disrupts the production of melatonin, the hormone responsible for sleep💤⚠️ and sleep is when a child's brain and body do most of their growing.
Delayed sleep means delayed cognitive development, weakened immunity, poor emotional regulation, and interrupted growth patterns. 😕

💭 When we think of ADHD, we often think of a child who cannot sit still or follow instructions, but ADHD goes far beyond behaviour.
The reality is that ADHD affects so much more than how a child acts. From struggling with memory🧠 and losing track of time, to disrupted sleep patterns and a deeply impacted sense of self esteem...the challenges are far more layered than what meets the eye.
If you are a parent with concerns about your child, do not hesitate to reach out to a professional as early guidance can make all the difference. ☝️
