Students of Government Polytechnic Siwan participated in the Mental Health & Physical Fitness Awareness Program organized in collaboration with Brahma Kumaris – Education Wing.

The session focused on stress management, meditation, mental well-being, and healthy lifestyle practices. Students also experienced a Rajyoga meditation session conducted by BK Aasha & BK Dr. Phanish Chander.

The program was held under the guidance of Dr. Praveen Pachauri (Principal) in the Seminar Hall.
